The Portage County Health District is excited to introduce Thrive Together, a vibrant new Farmers’ Market focused on offering fresh, nutritious produce, valuable community resources, and fostering a strong sense of connection within our local community.

When and Where?
When: 3pm- 6pm every Tuesday, beginning June 17th until September 9th
Where: Find us on the front lawn at 999 E Main Street.
